Large Ceramic Sculptures

My large sculptures are inspired by African sculpture and architecture and explore ascendancy and polyrhythmic elements.

My first prominent exhibition was in December 1973 at “Perception” One Man Exhibition in Accra, Ghana.  Since that time, I have participated in numerous juried exhibitions from Munich to Lagos; Hampton, VA to Washington, DC and many places in between.  My works were prominently displayed in galleries and art centers as part of group and invitational exhibitions for the past 40 years.
